We are recruiting a Bartender on behalf of our client, working in beautifully located hotel in Gairloch

Please note that this is a temporary position until the end of October 2026.

As a Front of House team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and providing excellent customer service to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily hotel operations, primarily bartending and can include food service duties.
• Providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and any queries or issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals and beverages in the hotel restaurant.
• Helping to maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel's public areas.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations and ensuring the hotel is a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Bartending is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Accommodation available if required at no additional charge (en-suite room, with meals on shift included).

This is a full time position with varied hours including split shifts, and weekend working.
