We are recruiting a Bartender on behalf of our client, working in their 5* luxury hotel, near Lochearnhead, Scotland. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about food and drink and has extensive knowledge on whisky, gin, cocktails and wine and loves to share their knowledge with our guests.

Duties to include -

• Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service is maintained at all times
• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests
• Fulfilling customer orders accurately and promptly
• Keeping the bar area well stocked, clean and tidy
• Taking card and cash payments from customers
• Providing knowledgeable drink recommendations

Person Specification -

• Excellent communications skills
• Strong customer service
• Hard working, reliable and punctual

Varied hours, including evening & weekend working

Live-in accommodation available, if required

Immediate start available along with weekly pay.

Salary: £11.00 per hour
