We are recruiting a Breakfast Chef on behalf of our client, a stunning hotel located in a breath-taking location on the outskirts of Lochearnhead, Scotland.

As a Breakfast Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences to our guests, setting the tone for their day amidst the serene surroundings of Lochearnhead.

Duties to include -

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to the highest standards, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the breakfast kitchen area
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth breakfast service operations
• Assist in stock management and inventory control for breakfast ingredients
• Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the breakfast menu offerings
• Uphold health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards at all times

Requirements -

• Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on breakfast cuisine
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, split shifts, and weekends
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £14.50 per hour
