We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected construction contractor based in the Highlands. We are seeking an experienced Costing / Estimating Assistant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate costings and estimates for projects
- Assisting with tender submissions and pricing schedules
- Analysing material, labour, and subcontractor costs
- Maintaining cost records and project documentation
- Supporting the commercial team with reporting and forecasts
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a costing, estimating, or commercial role (construction preferred)
- Experience using the COIN ERP system is a strong advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Full UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Local knowledge of the Highlands construction market
