We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected construction contractor based in the Highlands. We are seeking an experienced Costing / Estimating Assistant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing accurate costings and estimates for projects
• Assisting with tender submissions and pricing schedules
• Analysing material, labour, and subcontractor costs
• Maintaining cost records and project documentation
• Supporting the commercial team with reporting and forecasts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a costing, estimating, or commercial role (construction preferred)
• Experience using the COIN ERP system is a strong advantage
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

• Full UK driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
• Local knowledge of the Highlands construction market
