We are currently hiring Experienced Single and Block Fish Filleters on behalf of our various clients, located in Aberdeen.

Competitive salary which will be determined based on your skills and prior experience.

**Single or Block Filleting experience is essential**

Duties to include:

• Fish Filleting
• Block Filleting
• Keeping all areas of the factory clean and tidy
• Prepare for any requirements for the following day
• Wearing company supplied, PPE, in accordance with Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements
• Use of machinery and manual handling
• Following all Health & Safety and Fire Procedures.
• Monday to Friday
