We are recruiting Food & Beverage staff on behalf of our client, a wonderful hotel in the scenic village of Arrochar.

The successful candidate will assist in various tasks related to food and beverage service, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in making menu selections
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas and service stations
• Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a busy environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Weekly Pay

Live-in accommodation available, if required, free of charge.
