We are currently hiring a General Packing Operatives on behalf of our leading Seafood client, based in Fraserburgh.

Duties May Include:

• Processing and packing various seafood from the production lines.
• Quality checking and grading
• Weighing and labelling products
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• General production line duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Ensure products meet the desired specifications as set by each customer.
• Ensure traceability is maintained throughout the production process.
• Complete any relevant paperwork in accordance with Company requirements.
• Maintain PPE and utensils given to the required standard.
• Maintain knowledge of HACCP, basic food hygiene and GMP (after initial training).

Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.

We are currently looking for Operatives to work- Monday-Friday. Shifts run between from 6am - 3pm, depending on production levels. Saturday working when required.
