We are currently recruiting friendly and reliable Hospitality Assistants on behalf of our client, a beautiful hotel, based on the outskirts of Fort William, Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals or friends/couples seeking seasonal work in a stunning Highland location.
The role is initially for the season but may be extended.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Duties:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard
- Change bed linen and towels
- Replenish room amenities
- Maintain cleanliness in communal areas (e.g. hallways, lounges, bathrooms)
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times
Waiting & Front-of-House Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Assist with basic food preparation or barista tasks if needed
- Provide excellent customer service and support the wider team as required
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in hospitality front of house/housekeeping is desirable
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong customer service
- Hard working, reliable and punctual
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
