We are currently recruiting a Hotel General Assistant on behalf of our client, working in a beautifully located hotel in Ullapool.

As a Hotel General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that guests have come to expect. You'll have the opportunity to work in various areas, including breakfast and dinner service, bar, linen and housekeeping, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable stay.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated hospitality team in a beautiful setting.

Please note that this is a temporary position until the end of October 2026

Responsibilities:

• Assist with breakfast and dinner service, including bar work, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
• Support linen and housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation in all areas of the hotel.
• Embrace a 5/7 rota, including weekend shifts and split shifts, to ensure optimal guest service coverage.
• Contribute to the welcoming and warm atmosphere.

Weekly Pay

Live-in accommodation available, if required, at a small weekly cost.
