We are currently recruiting a Hotel General Assistant on behalf of our client, at their hotel based on the stunning Isle of Skye.

As a Hotel General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that guests have come to expect. You'll have the opportunity to work in various areas, including breakfast and dinner service, bar, linen and housekeeping, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and unforgettable stay.

We're looking for candidates with a passion for service and previous experience in quality establishments.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with breakfast and dinner service, including bar work, showcasing exceptional customer service skills.
• Support linen and housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation in all areas of the hotel.
• Embrace a 5/7 rota, including weekend shifts and split shifts, to ensure optimal guest service coverage.
• Contribute to the welcoming and warm atmosphere.
