We are recruiting Housekeeping staff on behalf of our client, a stunning 5* hotel on the outskirts of Fort William, Scotland.
Expected start date: 9th March 2026
Duties to include -
- Ensuring guests rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest of standards
- Reporting any defects or maintenance required to Management
- Responding to guest requests and exceeding their expectations
- Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are met
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (desirable)
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong customer service
- Hard working, reliable and punctual
- Can work well independently and as part of a team
