We are recruiting Housekeeping staff on behalf of our client, a stunning 5* hotel on the outskirts of Fort William, Scotland.

Expected start date: 9th March 2026

Duties to include -

• Ensuring guests rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest of standards
• Reporting any defects or maintenance required to Management
• Responding to guest requests and exceeding their expectations
• Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are met

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning (desirable)
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong customer service
• Hard working, reliable and punctual
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
