We are currently recruiting for a Hotel Maintenance Person, on behalf of our client based in Ullapool.

As a Maintenance Person, you will be assisting with maintenance and overall functionality and appearance of the hotel.

This is a full-time, all-year, position that involves a variety of routine and emergency tasks, both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms, equipment, and common areas
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests
• Maintain exterior areas: snow removal, landscaping, light repairs
• Ensure safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams
• Maintain tools and equipment to a good working order

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills
