We are currently recruiting for a night porter on behalf of our client, at their stunning hotel, located in Perthshire.

As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Your friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and dedication to providing exceptional service will contribute to the overall guest experience. Duties to include :
- Provide excellent guest services by assisting guests with their needs and inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with luggage handling and delivery to guest rooms
- Ensure that all supplies are stocked in designated areas
- Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Candidate requirements -
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to interact with guests in a professional manner
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Shift Pattern: 10.00pm - 10.00am, Thursday - Monday
