We are currently recruiting a Hotel Receptionist on behalf of our client, a traditional busy hotel located in Oban, a picturesque port town on the West Coast of Scotland.
Duties to include -
- Ensure that the service offered to guests at all times is memorable
- Good communication with all departments
- Deal with all enquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests
- Administer all reservations
- Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all times
- Adheres to all hotel policies
- Assists the Manager or Supervisor when requested
- Works well within a team environment and on your own
- May be required to carry out additional duties not listed to meet business demands

**Weekly Pay**
Hours: Varied hours, with both early and late shifts, including evening & weekend working.
