We are currently recruiting Packing Operatives on behalf of our leading seafood client based in Fraserburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and fast-paced production environment with ongoing work available.

Please also note that due to shift starting and finishing times, applicants must be local to the Fraserburgh area and willing to commute accordingly.

Shifts Available: Evening & Nightshift

Shift Patterns:

• Nightshift: 10:00pm – 6:00am
• Monday to Friday

Overtime available at weekends:

• 1.5x weekday and Saturday rate
• 2x Sunday rate

Wages will increase as of 1st April 2026.

Duties May Include:

• Processing and packing seafood products into small cans.
• Quality checking and grading
• Weighing and labelling products
• Maintaining high hygiene standards
• General production line duties

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual individuals
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential
