The Role

You will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with processing and checking invoices
  • Supporting procurement and ordering of supplies
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • General administrative duties as required

About You

  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and able to manage your time effectively
  • Friendly and professional communication skills
