We are currently recruiting for a Production Line Worker to join an established and growing manufacturing business based in Dingwall.

This is a hands-on role working as part of a busy production team, helping to ensure products are prepared, packed and completed to the required quality standards while keeping production running efficiently.

The Role

Working within the factory environment, your duties will include:

• Working on and supporting the production line
• Packing, preparing and handling finished products
• Carrying out basic quality checks throughout production
• Ensuring products are correctly packed and prepared for dispatch
• Keeping your workstation clean, organised and safe
• Following company health & safety and hygiene procedures
• Identifying and reporting any production or quality issues
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve daily production requirements
• Carrying out other general factory and production duties as required

About You

Previous factory, production, warehouse or manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and turns up ready to work

• Is comfortable working in a busy production environment
• Takes pride in doing a job properly
• Can work effectively as part of a team
• Has good attention to detail
• Is happy carrying out practical, hands-on work

Full training will be provided.
