We are currently seeking dedicated Production Operatives on behalf of our client, a family-run meat processing business located in Bonar Bridge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knife Skills: Utilize previous knife skills efficiently and safely in meat processing activities.
• Trimming Meat Products
• Equipment Operation: Confidently use knives and additional cutting equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Cold Environment: Comfortably work in a cold environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper attire for the conditions.
• Full-Time Hours: Work full-time hours, 5 to 6 days a week, with shifts running from 6 am to 3:30 pm or 7 am to 4:30 pm.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Requirements:

• Previous Knife Skills: Demonstrable experience and proficiency in using knives and cutting equipment.
• Comfortable in Cold Environments: Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
• Availability: Full-time availability during the seasonal period.
• Transportation: Ideally, candidates should have their own transportation due to the remote location of the facility.
