We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client, a family run farming business specialising in the growing and packing of root vegetables.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing & Packing within' the factory Ensuring high quality of all produce which will include washing produce and packing
• Keeping all areas of the factory clean and tidy
• Wearing, company suppled, PPE, in accordance with health and safety and food safety requirements.
• Full training including qualifications in hygiene, health & safety.
• Use of machinery and manual handling.
• Following all Health and Safety and Fire Procedure
• Requirements
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production quantities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. Some training will be provided.

**Inhouse Fork Lift training Schemes will be offered to the right candidates**

Day Shift 7am -4pm

Night Shift 4pm - 1am
