We are currently seeking an experienced Seasonal Restaurant Manager, for our client, a charming hotel in Dingwall.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a local candidate to lead the restaurant operations during the busy season, from mid-March to November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and lead a team of dedicated staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Coordinate and execute daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the restaurant.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
Duration:
This is a seasonal position starting from mid-March and concluding in November, with the opportunity to return the following year.
