We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Single Fish Filleters to join our clients team, a well-established fish wholesaler located in the heart of Aberdeen.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term, stable work, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Single Fish Filleting accurately and efficiently for delivery to clients
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Working closely with the production teams to meet tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Must be able to reliably commute to the site for a 7:30am start
• Previous experience as a fish filleter is required.
• Strong attention to detail and good timekeeping skills
• Ability to work in a chilled environment and as part of a team

All PPE supplied

Shifts Pattern: Monday - Friday, with 7.30am until required. (Overtime may be available) on the weekends.
