We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a large-scale, prestigious Civil Engineering project based in the North of Scotland, offering a minimum 18 months’ work with excellent long-term prospects.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating all site activities and subcontractors
- Driving health, safety and environmental compliance on site
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget
- Supervising site teams and maintaining productivity
- Liaising with engineers, project managers, clients and stakeholders
- Managing RAMS, permits, site documentation and reporting
- Maintaining quality control and ensuring project standards are achieved
- Leading by example and promoting a strong safety-first culture
Requirements
Successful candidates must have:
- Proven extensive experience delivering Civil Engineering projects as a Site Manager
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing large infrastructure or heavy civils projects preferred
- Ability to work in remote project environments
