This is a fantastic role for a creative, driven, and hands-on content creator who enjoys producing engaging digital content while working in a fast-paced, real-world environment. You’ll play a key role in showcasing major construction projects across the North of Scotland, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, promoting company achievements, and helping strengthen the business’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and innovative social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Travel to active construction sites to capture:
- Video content
- Photography
- Employee interviews
- Project progress updates
- Behind-the-scenes content
- Produce and edit engaging short-form video content for reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Write compelling captions and schedule social media posts
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Monitor social media performance and engagement analytics
- Work closely with project managers, operational teams, and senior leadership to identify content opportunities
- Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and company messaging
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel regularly to construction sites
- Previous experience creating social media content in a professional setting
- Strong photography and videography skills
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage with staff and stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable but not Essential Skills
- Marketing qualification or relevant degree
- Drone operation licence/content experience
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns
- Strong storytelling ability
- Knowledge of social media trends and platform best practices
